I just thought I would share a picture of Baby Seth meeting Sophie for the first time. Sophie loves him so very much. She keeps trying to break in the house just to lick him. I really need to catch it on video.
For those of you who don't know Sophie she was a gift from me to Jordan on our first Valentine's Day after we were married. This makes her about 4.5 years old. Have you ever seen "Marley and Me"??? This is exactly how our family began! Sophie girl did everything with us. I will never forget the first night we went to dinner alone after we got her. We were going to "crate" train her. We put her in her crate with her blankie and toys and left the house. Only when we got outside we could still hear our baby girl crying. Needless to say we didn't make it out of the neighborhood before we were both in tears. We continued on to eat dinner, and the couple sitting next to us had a brand new baby. Jordan and I looked at each other and said, " at least we can leave our baby at home!" We spoiled Sophie rotten and then came Orville and then they both got the boot when Baby Seth was born :)
