Tuesday my sweet hubby turned 28. I can't beat the gift I gave him last year, so I really didn't try. Last year on his birthday, while he and the boys played ping pong, I took a test that changed our lives. That was the greatest moment, and I am so thankful it happened on his birthday.
This year we celebrated with his family on Sunday. My Mom made him a birthday cake. Jordan asked for a yellow cake with chocolate icing. I asked Mom to make it so that the icing would be my Gram's chocolate icing. This is the best icing in the world, and Jordan has never had it, but he will love it.
Since Jordan and I started dating we typically celebrated his birthday on Halloween. Well, this year we took Seth and Sam trick or treating. Here are a few pictures. I really wish I could find pictures from all our other Halloweens together so you could see how we have matured!
We learned last year, that when taking a toddler to trick-or-treat always put them in the push car.

Our boys saying Trick-or-Treat! Actually that would have been Brittany and myself saying it while Sam looked at people like they were crazy and Seth jabbered.

Brittany just wanted a picture with Sam, but Orville really wanted some attention.

We always make a stop at the Looney house on Halloween. This year Bud and Jennifer met up with us to take Caleb to a house or two. We also ran into other friends from high school, and Amanda got to love on her baby boy.

Finaly a decent family photo. This is honestly the first family picture we have that is actually good. All the others either I am in PJs or someone isn't looking. I am so proud of this picture.

One more try for Brittany and Sam! We got a picture without Orville.

We had a great Halloween, and I can't wait until next year. We will probably be those crazies with the trailer going around the neighborhood.
