Last week I completed the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. When I started the challenge I was exhausted all the time, and I needed to lose some weight that has accumulated since having Seth. The first ten days of the challenge consist of a gentle cleanse. I was TERRIFIED to do a cleanse, but it wasn’t anything like I expected. I loved it! I lost a total of 9 inches on the cleanse. The second phase of the challenge is the Max phase. During this time you drink Spark, meal replacement shakes and take the Metabolic Nutrition System (MNS). I for one have never liked any meal replacement shakes. I have tried several other brands, and Advocare shakes are my favorite! Spark is a yummy energy drink that is packed full of vitamins. Don’t be scared when you hear “energy drink”. It does have caffeine in it, but these drinks don’t leave you jittery and jumpy like most others. The MNS packs consist of four packets with a variety of nutrients and appetite suppressants.
I finished my challenge last Saturday, and when I weighed and measured I was down 5 pounds and 11.5 inches! I can’t even begin to explain the difference in how I feel. I have extra energy, and can stay up until 10 or 11 at night. This is HUGE for me! For almost two years I have been going to be by 8 or 9. It would take everything in me to stay up until 10 even on the weekends. I also was drinking 3 to 6 cokes a day. Since starting Advocare products I am completely off cokes! I am very thankful for that! I know that the products are safe and nutritious for me. Advocare has a science and medical board that researches all the ingredients. I hope that through Advocare I will reach my goal weight by summer! How great will it be to have the confidence to run after a 1 year old in a swimsuit!
