"Lose For Good"

Yesterday after seeing two not so great pictures of myself it hit me that it is time to take control of the battle. I started back to Weight Watchers (WW), which I have done sucessfully in the past. This will be my second attempt at it this year, but this time I am more determined than ever. When I did WW the first time I was able to keep my weight off for over two years. Then I got married, and got LAZY! When I started looking at the WW site yesterday I realized today is LOSE-A-PALOOZA. Through this campaign WW will donate up to $60,000 to Share Our Strength and Action Against Hunger. So if you have been thinking about joining WW you should visit the site, because now is a great time do it. The holidays are coming up, and you can stop the annual gain. They also have some specials going on to help save money. I will keep you updated of my progress in the "Lose For Good" campaign. This week I am focusing on eating right, and then next week I will start being more active. That is one think I have learned at WW is to take it one step at a time. You can't jump right into eating right and working out or you will quit. Take baby steps and you will see long term success!

Good luck with your weight lose journey!! You can do it!! If you ever need a walking buddy, give me a call! That's the only way that I can keep the weight maintained because I LOVE to eat!
